Warranty Policy for ExtremeMist High-Performance Sprayers

High-Performance Sprayer Limited Lifetime Warranty

(This warranty is only for the manual pump-pressurizing ExtremeMist High-Performance Sprayers.)

The High-Performance Sprayers (Product) by Extreme Mist PCS, LLC (Company) are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. The Company does not warranty components due to normal wear, including but not limited to seals and gaskets or due to misuse.

Other Restrictions:  All instructions must be followed, or the warranty may be voided.

Although the product has been built from components that Company deems to be best suited for most uses specified in literature, there is no way to know how all chemicals will react with the components used in this product. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to research any adverse reactions of any chemical used in this product against all the materials listed here: silicone, ABS, chrome plated steel, nickel plated brass, brass, stainless steel, polyethylene.

Warranty Period: Lifetime.

Warranty Validation: Proof of sale is required with all warranty claims.

Repairs or Replacement within the Scope of the Warranty:

Company will determine the validity of the warranty claim and either send replacement part(s) or ask for the product to be sent in for repair. Additional information may be required to determine claim validity and the best way to resolve a valid claim, such as photos and/or videos.

If Company decides to send out replacement part(s) without inspection, Company will pay the outbound shipping costs for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, after which time the customer must pay all outbound shipping costs.

If Company decides the product is to be sent in for inspection and repair, the customer needs to properly pack and secure the product and ship prepaid to Company’s address listed below. An explanation of the defect or problem; a description of the way in which the product is used; the customer’s name, address and telephone number, and copy of proof of purchase should be included with the shipment. The Return Authorization Number must be noted on the outside of the shipment, or it may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Company will inspect, and repair or replace if the product is covered under the terms of this warranty. If the product is covered under this warranty, Company will send the repaired or replaced product to the customer. Company will pay outbound shipping for all warranted products for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs after 12 months of date of purchase.  If the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty, Company will contact the customer to see if they want the product shipped back to them at their expense or if other arrangements need to be made.

Repairs Outside the Scope of the Warranty: Problems with Company products can be due to improper maintenance, inappropriate additions or modifications to the system, or other problems not due to defects in Company workmanship or materials. If the Company Service Center determines that the problem with the product is not due to defects in workmanship or materials, the customer will be responsible for the cost of any necessary repairs and any freight expense to return the product to the customer.

Repairs by Other than the Company Service Center: Company must provide prior approval for any repairs done outside of Company’s Service Center or the warranty will be void.

Product Specification: All product specifications, applications, and other information provided in Company’s publications are subject to change without notice and should be confirmed with Company prior to ordering.

No implied warranties; limitation of liability. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Except for the warranty herein, in no event shall the company be liable to customer or any other party for loss of profits, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the installation, use or service of any of Extreme Mist PCS, LLC’s equipment, except any property damage or personal injury due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company. In no event shall the company monetary damages exceed the purchase price of the system. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract of tort, including the company pricing reflects the allocation of risk and limitations on liability contained in this agreement.
