Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the return window:

We will provide a prepaid return label.

We will cover both the return shipping and the cost of sending you a replacement (or processing your refund).
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want your purchase:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Outbound shipping (including free shipping on orders over $49) is not refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company, as posting times vary.
Sale Items
Refunds for sale items will be issued at the original sale price paid.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@extrememist.com before sending your item.
