Shopify Collective Retailer Program

ExtremeMist welcomes Shopify Collective retailers who wish to offer our products through their online stores. Our program is designed to make it easy for retailers to sell ExtremeMist products without purchasing or maintaining inventory.

1. Retailer Pricing

  • Shopify Collective retailers receive a standard 25% discount from the current published retail price on eligible products.

  • No opening order or minimum purchase is required.

  • ExtremeMist fulfills customer orders directly through Shopify Collective.

  • Product availability and retailer pricing are managed through the Shopify Collective platform.

2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

ExtremeMist's current published Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) serves as the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all products unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Retailers are expected to advertise ExtremeMist products at or above the current published MSRP.

  • Publicly advertised discounts, promotional codes, coupons, or other offers may not reduce the advertised price below MSRP.

  • Retailers are responsible for maintaining accurate advertised pricing when ExtremeMist updates its MSRP.

  • ExtremeMist may authorize promotional pricing exceptions in writing.

This policy applies to advertised prices only. Retailers remain free to determine their actual selling prices, subject to applicable law.

3. Authorized Sales Channels

  • Retailers may sell ExtremeMist products through their approved Shopify storefronts.

  • Sales through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces require prior written authorization from ExtremeMist.

  • Retailers must accurately represent ExtremeMist products, specifications, warranties, and promotional claims.

  • ExtremeMist product names, trademarks, images, and descriptions may be used for the purpose of marketing authorized products.

4. Shipping and Order Fulfillment

  • ExtremeMist handles fulfillment of orders received through Shopify Collective.

  • Shipping charges and available shipping methods are determined by the applicable Shopify Collective settings.

  • Tracking information is provided through Shopify Collective when available.

  • Retailers are not required to maintain inventory.

5. Returns and Product Warranties

  • Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with ExtremeMist's applicable return and warranty policies and the arrangements established through Shopify Collective.

  • Return shipping charges and refund eligibility depend on the circumstances of the return and applicable policies.

  • Defective products are handled according to ExtremeMist's published warranty terms.

  • Retailers should direct product-related return and warranty requests to ExtremeMist for coordination when appropriate.

6. Retailer Participation

  • No minimum sales volume or advertising commitment is required.

  • Retailer participation is nonexclusive.

  • ExtremeMist reserves the right to modify available products, retailer discounts, and program requirements.

  • ExtremeMist may suspend or discontinue a retailer relationship for violations of its policies or other legitimate business reasons.

  • Retailers are expected to maintain accurate product representations and comply with applicable laws.

7. Policy Updates

ExtremeMist may update this policy periodically. The current version published on ExtremeMist.com will serve as the reference for our Shopify Collective retailer program.
