LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
ExtremeMIST® High-Pressure Misting Systems
Extreme MIST PCS LLC warrants its High-Pressure Misting Systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturer defects in the pump, motor, and internal electronics
- Structural failure of non-consumable components during regular operation
- Failures due to standard use with potable water and proper maintenance
What’s Not Covered:
- Pump exposure to rain, continuous direct sunlight, or harsh outdoor conditions
- Failure to winterize, leading to freezing or bursting of components
- Nozzle clogs due to debris, mineral buildup, or unfiltered water
- Use of non-potable or sediment-heavy water without additional filtration
- Damage caused by insects, pests, or small animals, including wiring damage or nesting
- Misuse, improper installation, chemical exposure, or unauthorized modifications
Maintenance Requirements & Usage Guidelines:
- Use potable water only
- All systems include a cleanable inline filter attached to the water input
- For sediment-heavy or well water, an optional cartridge-style external filter is strongly recommended (not included)
Note: Our founder uses a simple cartridge filter on his personal well system and has avoided clogs for over two years - Perform oil changes and service the pump as outlined in the user manual
- Winterize the system before freezing temperatures: drain all lines and store the pump unit indoors if possible
- Keep the pump unit in a shaded or semi-shaded area; avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or rain
A vented fake rock cover offers ideal protection from sun and moisture - To prevent pest damage, spray insecticide around the unit—never directly on it
- Clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives
Warranty Service Terms:
If your system develops a qualifying defect, Extreme MIST PCS LLC will repair or replace the defective unit or part at our sole discretion.
- We will pay for return shipping back to the customer
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our service center

- Original proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Photos or video showing the issue
- A brief summary of maintenance performed
