ExtremeMist® High-Performance Sprayers

2-Year Limited Warranty (Residential Use)

This Limited Warranty applies to manual pump-pressurizing ExtremeMist® High-Performance Sprayers.

Extreme Mist PCS, LLC warrants its High-Performance Sprayers to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Commercial Use

Units used in commercial, agricultural, landscaping, rental, or industrial applications are covered for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Validation

Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage is determined by the original purchase date.

Troubleshooting Requirement

Most performance issues can be resolved quickly.

Before approving a replacement, customers are required to complete basic troubleshooting steps and may be required to provide photo or video documentation.

Many common issues, including seal positioning, debris, improper assembly, or lack of pressurization, can often be corrected in minutes without return.

Failure to complete requested troubleshooting steps may delay or void warranty claim processing.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Internal mechanical failure under normal residential use

  • Units arriving damaged (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items including seals, gaskets, O-rings, nozzles, and filters

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper maintenance, or freezing

  • Damage caused by over-pressurization

  • Damage from dropping or impact

  • Cosmetic wear not affecting functionality

  • Chemical incompatibility or adverse reactions

Because Company cannot test every chemical used with this product, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify chemical compatibility with all materials used in the product.

Standard models include silicone-based elastomer seals. Certain models may include fluoroelastomer-type seals designed for improved resistance to certain oil-based or agricultural solutions. Seal materials may vary by model selection or production batch.

Materials used in this product may include silicone-based elastomers or fluoroelastomer-type seals, ABS, chrome plated steel, nickel plated brass, brass, stainless steel, and polyethylene.

Use with incompatible, corrosive, solvent-based, or petroleum-based chemicals may void this warranty.

Repairs or Replacement

Company will determine the validity of any warranty claim.

At its sole discretion, Company may:

  • Provide replacement part(s)

  • Send a replacement unit

  • Request return for inspection

In most verified defect cases, Company may send a replacement without requiring return of the original unit.

If return is required, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes risk of loss during transit.

Limitation of Liability

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
