Modular Misting System Compatibility

PCS (Portable Cooling System) Misting Pump

Did you know the ExtremeMIST blue misting pump is compatible with the Portable Misting System, 3-n-1 Misting Fan, and the Misting & Drinking Hydration Backpack? To detach the Pump from your current system and switch it over to another ExtremeMIST product, depress the white quick-disconnect rings on the pump and pull the mist line out. Then, insert the feed line into the leftmost port (the port nearest the lanyard) and the output line into the rightmost port.

Disconnect Line from Pump

Depress the white quick-disconnect port with your fingernail and pull mist line firmly out. Then, use the PCS Pump for any of the configurations seen below.

Portable Misting System Kit

The PCS Pump is attached to a structure with its velcro straps and feeds four 4' segments of mist line with an ultra-fine nozzle at every connector. If you already own a pump from a previous Fan or Backpack purchase, the Quad Nozzle Kit will give you every part of the Portable Misting System that you need while excluding the PCS Pump so that you don't pay for it twice.

3-n-1 Misting Fan

The PCS Pump attaches to the metal fan plate on the back of the fan, secured with velcro straps. The intake port is closest to the fan and the output port is furthest away from the fan.

Misting & Drinking Hydration Backpack

The PCS Pump is inserted inside the backpack with its cover removed. The feed line is inserted into the Y connector adapter that is connected to the hydration water reservoir. The output line is ran up and out of the backpack through a channel on the front strap of the backpack and will rest near the user's chest while misting.
