GAUCHO™

For the minimalist. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

NEW: The Gaucho Field Case launches Sun Nov 1. Field-tested sea kayaking in Haines, Alaska and salmon fishing all season. Read how it was built and tested →

GAUCHO™ is a knife and utensil case with waterproof zippers and a removable carry handle. It opens flat like a book. One side is an 8 × 12 in food-grade bamboo cutting board with a juice groove and an anti-slip base. The other is a structured utility panel with room for four place settings, your knives, tools, spices and a towel. Close it and it's weatherproof. Open it and you're ready to cook.

It's the little brother of the Workspace Camp Kitchen — built for people who want less kit, not less capability. The bamboo board lifts out for use or cleaning, and any standard 8 × 12 board fits. Knives stay protected on rough roads. Tools stay where you put them. TPU inside and out, so it wipes clean.

Part of the Workspace Camp Collection — gear designed to work together or stand alone, wherever you take it.
